Our professional planning fees cover a wide variety of tasks and services including but not limited to:

  • Domestic and international air (commercial + private)

  • Hotels, villas, and apartments

  • Luxury river & ocean cruises

  • Travel Insurance

  • Airport transfers

  • Day tours and excursions

  • Dining & entertainment reservations

  • Unique cultural experiences

Planning Fees

Our planning fees are a one-time payment per household per trip. We will book all elements of your travel as listed below
